Kenneth Forrest Meyers died Oct. 15 at the age of 80. He was born Sept. 9, 1935 in Oakland California to Forrest and Lenora Meyers.
After graduating with a degree in accounting, Mr. Meyers worked as a businessman for many years in the Bay Area.
Active in the Catholic Church, he became a member of Our Lady of the Sierra Parish once he relocated to Oakhurst in 1989.
Mr. Meyers enjoyed volunteering, and appreciated cars.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Betty Baldwin.
He is survived by his three daughters, Kathy Vossler and husband Rob of San Jose; Heidi Estep and husband David of Mariposa; and Brenda Reddekopp and husband Mike of Roseburg, Oreg.; six grandchildren, Jeffery, Bradley, Tara, Morgan, Wyatt and Will; three great-grandchildren and three nieces.
Services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 22, at Our Lady of the Sierra Parish, 40180 Indian Springs Road, Oakhurst.
