Probationer back behind bars for burglary

Janice Marie Mossman, 40, of Oakhurst, was released from jail for burglary July 11 and is now back in jail again on new burglary charges.

Mossman, who also goes by names Janice Marie Yale and Janice Marie Aguilar, was detained Sunday, July 28 by a grocery store manager who says he saw the suspect stuff a bottle of vodka in her purse and exit the store.

Deputy Sheriff John Terry took Mossman, who is reportedly on probation, into custody. She was transported to the Madera County Department of Corrections where she is being held without bail.
