According to the Madera County Sheriff’s Office Patrick Haynes, 51, of Oakhurst, was arrested for felony charges of making criminal threats.
On Tuesday, Feb. 13 at approximately 7:55 p.m., Sergeant Rob Blehm, Deputy Michael Murphy, Deputy Gerald Marin, Deputy Eric Jackson, and Deputy Jose Villafan responded to a call about a man shooting his gun outside of his home, at the 50000 block of Road 620, and threatening to kill his family members.
Deputies arrived at the scene and established a perimeter around the property. They called the subject for several minutes before he eventually came out of the residence. During the course of the investigation, Corporal Miguel Hernandez and Deputy Jackson located and seized ammunition and several firearms inside the residence that were accessible and in plain sight.
Patrick Haynes was transported and booked in at Madera County Department of Corrections.
