Lots are now being offered for sale at Woodcrest Estates, a 12-lot subdivision on Crane Valley Road (426), just north of Dale Lane, near the historic Lazy P Llama Ranch.
The subdivision, the first in the past 11 years in Eastern Madera County, is located five miles from Oakhurst and three miles from Bass Lake.
Woodcrest Estates is made up of 12 lots ranging in size between five and 15 acres, and priced between $125,000 and $250,000.
Subdivision amenities include water service from a resident-owned water system, fire hydrants, and all underground utilities including power, telephone, television, and fiber-optic internet connections.
Coldwell Banker Premier’s Rick Jackson and Leanne Shaw are representing owners Bob and Nora Hunting and Robert and Doris Mammano in the sale of the lots.
In describing Woodcrest Estates, Jackson said, “These lots have come on the market as a time when the need for new construction is at a high demand.”
“Potential buyers will clearly see all the attention to details that the development of these lots have been given,” Shaw added.
