Twin brothers escape injury in solo accident

Shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday morning, twin brothers from North Fork were able to walk away from a solo vehicle rollover on Road 200 west of Finegold creek without major injuries, the California Highway Patrol reported.

Loan Dambrino, 22, was driving a 2011 Nissan Versa west bound on Road 200, just west of the creek, when he took a turn too wide, went off the roadway, and over-corrected, which caused the vehicle to overturn after hitting an embankment.

Dambrino’s twin brother Blake was riding in the back seat of the vehicle at the time of the accident, and received minor injuries. Logan had no injuries.

Sierra Ambulance responded to the accident, but neither Dambrino was transported.
