Last month, Madera County District 5 Supervisor Tom Wheeler arranged to have key county staff available for meetings with Mountain Area residents to discuss issues in their community.
Brittany Dyer, Wheeler’s chief of staff, said some appointments were made with positive feedback.
For that reason, Dyer said Wheeler will again work to arrange similar meetings in the Mountain Area, available on an appointment basis from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 2.
Those interested can call the Madera County Planning Office to set up a meeting at 675-7821, or by dialing 311 from any 559 phone line and asking for the office.
Wheeler said staff from a variety of county departments can be available depending on issues specific to each resident, including their concerns or questions on road work, fire services, water projects, and much more.
