Big rig rollover closes Road 415

At 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, a single vehicle accident closed Road 415 between Road 416 and 400.

According to CHP reports a big rig carrying asphalt overturned pinning the driver under the vehicle.

The road will remain closed while the accident and asphalt is cleared. Authorities estimate two hours before the road will be re-opened.

The driver sustained serious injuries and was airlifted from the scene.

PG&E announced Friday that Bass Lake reached its spillage levels, but said the spillage was not severe enough to create any issues just yet.
