Sheriff launches search for missing boy with autism

A search to find a missing boy is underway in Madera County. Jacob Frandsen, 14, who is autistic, is described as an Asian male. He stands 5 feet tall and weighs 90 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red shirt and khaki shorts. He disappeared at around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 28. He vanished from his home located at 16823 Karen Road – between Avenues 16 ½ and 17. Currently, Madera County sheriff’s deputies, detectives and Citizen on Patrol volunteers are searching for the young boy.
