Ducey’s on the Lake

Executive Chef Johnathan Frabotta will offer a selection of salads and cold items, including fresh fruit salad; garden salad; apple, jicama and fennel salad; roasted beet salad; vegetable crudites; and antipasto platter. The carving station will offer roast turkey with cranberry-orange relish and prime rib with creamy horseradish. Entrées and sides include baked salmon, peel and eat shrimp with mussels, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy, home-made stuffing, macaroni and cheese, candied yams. There will be an assortment of desserts including apple, pumpkin, pecan pies, bread pudding, brownies and cookies.

Prices: $35.95 (adults); $27.95 (seniors 55+); $17.95 (children ages 4-12). Prices include soft drinks and Mimosas, and are subject to tax and gratuity.

Tenaya Lodge

The buffet includes a variety of vegetable and fruit salads, a carving station with roasted turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, bacon-wrapped chicken, roasted New York strip loin with herbed crust, whiskey glazed ham, barramundi with crab and avocado salsa; sides include candied yams, cornbread stuffing, brussel sprouts, glazed carrots, and green beans. There will be a variety of both traditional and non-traditional desserts.

The Just for Kids menu includes turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, assorted pizza, chicken strips, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, cookies, Jell-o and puddings.

Sierra Restaurant

Dinner specials include soups and salad, ranging in price from $8.95 to $12.95; a main course consisting of roasted tom turkey, grilled moonfish, beef short rib, half-roasted duckling, and double-cut smoked pork chops, ranging in price from $32.95 to $38.95 for adults, and $18.95 to $22.95 for children.

A variety of desserts will be offered ranging from $7.95 to $8.95.

Embers Restaurant

Appetizers range from curried butternut squash ravioli at $12 to Dungeness crab cake at $17. Soups and salads range from $10 to $13. Signature dishes include buffalo short ribs at $34 and Diestel range grown turkey with cornbread mushroom stuffing at $36. Grilled items include pan seared moonfish fillet with purple sweet potato at $29 and braised lamb shank at $36.

Wawona Hotel

Start with caramelized onion tartlet or roasted beets with feta cheese, followed by soup or salad. Entrees include tender roasted turkey with giblet gravy, spiced apple and brown sugar roasted pork loin, roast prime rib of Angus beef, broiled fresh halibut fillet, or roasted butternut squash risotto. Recommended wines will be suggested depending on the entree chosen.

Assorted desserts will also be offered.

Prices: $49.95 (adults); $21.50 (children ages 6 to 12); and children five and under free. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to tables of 6 or more. Corkage fee of $15.

Erna’s Elderberry House Restaurant

Entrees include amuse bouche spiced duck confit set in huckleberry juice, brown butter poached Chilean sea bass, roasted chestnut and parsnip soup, roasted free-range turkey, and hazelnut crusted venison loin. There will also be salads of tender lettuces and desserts including Valrhona chocolate-spice mousse cake, sweet potato cannoli, black cherry coulis, and vanilla-ginger ice cream.

Menu cost is $110 per person.

Yosemite Gateway Restaurant (Best Western Yosemite Gateway Inn)

Thanksgiving day buffet featuring prime rib and turkey carving station, and portobello mushroom wellington, harvest manicotti, and Salisbury steak, with a variety of cold side dishes such as veggie platters, Ambrosia, and a full salad bar; traditional holiday favorites such as candied yams and parsnips, green bean casserole, and stuffing; fresh homemade soups and an assortment of desserts, including pumpkin pie.

Prices: adults: $32; seniors: $23; children 11-15 years of age, $15; and for those 10 years and under, free.
