Celebrating 75 years

Charles and Dorothy Lishman, 95 and 94, will celebrate 75 years of marriage on June 28. A Pearl Harbor survivor, the two met just before the WWII. Their first date was at The Pike in Long Beach, on when they learned he would be heading to war, they went to Las Vegas, woke up a preacher, and got married. They raised four children, Terry, twins Gerald and Janet, and Patricia - all born within a four-year time span so they were all in highschool at the same time.
