Simone Radliff, 2012 Yosemite High School graduate, was recognized at the 2015 Social Science Research & Instructional Center (SSRIC) conference held May 7, at CSU Sacramento.
Radliff’s paper “Education for Political Empowerment: The Effect of Collective-Efficacy Developing” won for Best Paper using Quantitative Data. She is working on completing her final year as a political science undergraduate at San Francisco State University.
Following graduation, she will seek a PhD from U.C. Berkley in Education, and continue her research.
As winner in this category, Radliff received $5,000.
