Rodger Lee Gregerson died March 4, 2016 at the age of 80. He was born Feb. 13, 1936 in Norfolk, Nebraska to Marvin and Buelah.
Mr. Gregerson served in the U.S. Army, and was discharged in Oct. 1956. He was employed as a heavy duty machine mechanic and overhead crane mechanic at Northrop Grumman Corporation until his retirement in 1995.
He was a member of the Classic V-Drive Club, the Oakhurst Road Rattlers, the Fresno Radio Modelers Club of Madera, and the Cross Country Gypsies RV Club.
An Ahwahnee resident since 1996, he enjoyed fast boats, cars, model airplanes, camping and traveling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Donna Latini, and brother and sister-in-law, James and Dorothy.
Mr. Gregerson is survived by his wife of 53 years, Karen; sons Mark and wife Michelle of Brentwood, and Doug and wife Ally, also of Brentwood, and Rodger Delallata of Simi Valley; daughter Linae Basenberg and husband Jeff of Canoga Park; and seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held 4 p.m., April 23, at the Sierra Vista Presbyterian Church.
