Frank Woodbury passed away suddenly on January 25, 2018, at the age of 72.
He proudly served as a Seabee in the United State Navy for 20 years, earning many honors and certifications.
In 1984, he moved to Coarsegold and worked for the County of Madera in the Engineering Maintenance Division for 23 years.
He cherished living in Coarsegold, calling it his forever home. Frank loved to go bowling twice a week in Fresno, especially with his team, the Golden Oldies. He also enjoyed driving and traveling across the country with the love of his life, Megumi. He was a generous friend to many, always willing to share his talents of fixing and building virtually anything. He will also be remembered for always having a smile on his face and his witty sense of humor.
Frank leaves behind his wife; a son, Kenichi and wife Megan; a daughter, Lisa and her husband Frank; and five grandchildren that he spoiled and adored every time he saw them.
A memorial service will take place at 11:00am on February 3, 2018 at the Coarsegold Community Center.
