An incoming storm leading into the weekend will temporarily close Glacier Point Road after its season reopening earlier this week, Yosemite National Park officials announced Thursday morning.
The storm system, which includes snowfall around 7,000 feet, is expected to affect the roadway and make it unsafe for drivers.
Glacier Point Road will close tonight, April 21, at 8 p.m., and last until rangers evaluate road conditions and determine when it can safely reopen.
The road reopened for the season April 19. Click here for details.
