With all the Mountain Area holiday festivities last weekend, if you didn’t get bit by the Christmas spirit, you may want to ask yourself, exactly what will it take?
An estimated 1,000 attended Oakhurst’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting celebration, complete with pony rides, bounce house and warm cinnamon rolls. Breakfast with Santa was packed with children waiting to sit on Santa’s lap, following a delicious pancake breakfast. Fresno Flats offered an Old-Fashioned Christmas, with tours and a visit by Father and Mother Christmas. The Children’s Museum of the Sierra opened a gift shop, for about 100 children to shop for that perfect gift for that special someone.
