Water Workout

July 8, 2014

Upwards of 40 Mountain Area women are finding a great way to combine exercise and a way to cool-off five days a week — water aerobics at the Harry Baker Swim complex at Yosemite High School.

Under the direction of instructor Peggy Decker, the group hits the pool 9-10 a.m, Monday through Friday.

"It provides a wonderful way to exercise and a nice way to cool-off during these hot days," said Sharon Meinhoff of Coarsegold.

The daily rate for the class is $4 or $10 a week. Details: (559) 683-4667, ext. 356.
