Fairbanks-Kern wed

Milestones for 6/19/14

June 17, 2014 

Pamela Ann (MacPherson) Fairbanks married Hadley Raymond Kern on April 19, 2014 in Oakhurst.

She is a customer care representative for Sierra Telephone and he is a retired Madera County Sheriff's Department detective, currently working as a security officer at the federal courthouse in Yosemite National Park.

The bride's daughter, Shalen Fairbanks, was maid of honor; close friend, Grace Brown, was bridesmaid and bride's granddaughter, Kristine Hogson-Torres was junior bridesmaid.

The best man was Milt Gauthier and groom's attendant was Gary Brown.

Ryler Fairbanks and Ethan Garcia were ringbearers, grandson Rex Fairbanks was junior usher, and granddaughter Joslyn Fairbanks was flower girl.

The bride's sons, Shane and Shaun Fairbanks, walked their mother down the aisle.

Groom's family attending included brothers Altus and wife Diana from Mexico; Homer and wife Barbara from Indian Hills, Tx.; Larry and wife Ann from Whiteface, Tx.,; and stepsons Robby Guzzo, and Mike Shelton and family.

Following a honeymoon at the Central Coast, the couple made their home in Oakhurst.
