Food drive this Saturday, May 10

May 9, 2014

The Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive will be held on Saturday, May 10. The theme this year for the nation’s largest one-day food drive is, “Building on a Billion,” which emphasizes that more than a billion pounds of food have been collected since the drive started in 1992.

To participate, simply leave canned goods out for your mail carrier tomorrow; or there is a barrel in the Oakhurst post office labeled “Food Bank.”

All food collected will be donated to Manna House.
