Citizen's tip leads to arrest

March 24, 2014

A Citizen’s tip led Madera Sheriff’s Deputies to a grocery store in Oakhurst Friday afternoon, where 38-year-old Roxanne Castagnetto was taken into custody without incident.

Shortly before 1 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a tip stating the “female with the Mohawk hair, who has a warrant, is in inside the store.”

Castagnetto, who was wanted on a felony narcotics warrant, was booked into Madera County Department of Corrections. Bail set at $10,000.
