Carson Good, of Awwahnee, died February 25, 2014 at the age of 89.
He was born in Detroit, Mich. April 1, 1924.
Mr. Good served in the South Pacific during World War II as a paratrooper in the Philippines.
He participated in the cattle penning organization in Oakhurst during the 1980s and early 1990s. He was affiliated with the Oakhurst Senior Center and played Bingo in Coarsegold.
Mr. Good is survived by his wife Lois Good, of Ontario; children, Karen Westbrook of Chino, Tom Good of Friant; grandchildren, Carson Miller, Deanne Reed, Shiloh Good, Matthew Good; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Good of Saline and sister Beverly Sauer of Hesperia.
Funeral arrangements have already been held.
