Sheriff's Department catches up to Wilson in Coarsegold

February 18, 2014

Fresno fugitive Brandunn Wilson, who was considered armed and dangerous, is now behind bars.

The 19-year-old Brandunn Wilson, wanted in both Fresno and Madera counties, managed to elude authorities last month during a pursuit in North Fork.

Wilson, who was wanted on a felony drug warrant out of Fresno County, and felony vandalism in Madera County, was captured off Highway 41 in Coarsegold Friday evening.

A tip led deputies to Wilson, and subsequently another man, 26-year-old Bradley Carmen, of North Fork, who was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine.

Deputies Miguel Hernandez and Eric Jackson took both men into custody without incident. Carmen was transported to Madera County Department of Corrections, and Wilson was transported to Fresno County.

Anyone who has information on wanted fugitives in Madera County is urged to call either the Madera County Sheriff’s Office at 559-675-7770 or CRIME STOPPERS at 498-STOP.
