Golden Chain holds auditions for 'The Miracle Worker'

Staff reportJanuary 17, 2014

Auditions for William Gibson's The Miracle Worker will be held at The Golden Chain Theatre on the evenings of Jan. 28, and 29, at 7 p.m. The Miracle Worker is the timeless classic detailing the starting of the life long friendship between Helen Keller and her teacher Annie Sullivan.

The play will run for three weekends in April and will be directed by Jason Turner, who directed Jack the Ripper and co-directed Dark Deeds at GCT last year. Auditions will be done by "cold read"; no prepared monologues or other materials are required. For information visit the theatre's Facebook page or call 559-683-7112.
