Baker's case continues

November 15, 2013

The lawyers representing Harry Baker were back in court Friday, Nov. 15, for a settlement conference involving both sides.

During the proceedings Baker’s lawyers requested a motion for discovery, a motion that was upheld by Judge Hamlin of the Fresno County Superior Court.

A new date has been set for the discovery motion and court will resume at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4, in department 31.

Baker is accused of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 18 back in 2007. Bakers court dates have been rescheduled several times over the years do to a multitude of reasons, including Baker’s health conditions.
