Buffet includes fruits and vegetable salads, a carving station with roast turkey and prime rib. Entrées and sides include baked salmon, peel and eat shrimp with mussels, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy, macaroni and cheese, candied yams. Assortment of desserts including apple, pumpkin, pecan pies, bread pudding and cookies.

Thanksgiving buffet in the Grand Ballroom

11:30 a.m. — 6:30 p.m.

The buffet includes a variety of vegetable and fruit salads, a carving station with turkey, ham, game hen and sole; sides include candied yams, cornbread stuffing, and green beans. A variety of both traditional and non-traditional desserts.

The Just for kids menu includes turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, hamburgers, assorted pizza, chicken strips, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, cookies and pumpkin cookies, apple-spice cupcakes, Jell-o and puddings.

Live entertainment and visits from Santa Claus.

Dinner specials include soups and salad, ranging in price from $8.95 to $12.95; a main course consisting of roasted tom turkey, pork shank, grilled moonfish, steak dianne, buffalo short rib or island spiced half-duckling, ranging in price from $32.95 to $38.95 for adults, and $18.95 to $22.95 for children.

A variety of desserts will be offered at $7.95 to $8.95.

Start with Belgium endive, roasted beets, blue cheese mousse, followed by soup or salad. Entrees include tender roasted turkey, spiced apple and brown sugar roasted pork loin, roast prime rib, broiled fresh steelhead salmon fillet or roasted butternut squash risotto. Recommended wines will be suggested depending on the entree chosen.

All dinners include house-made biscuits with honey butter and non-alcoholic beverage. Assorted desserts.
