Billie Louise Fike, of Raymond, died Aug. 16, 2013 at the age of 81.
Mrs. Fike was born in Visalia, Calif. to parents William and Hazel Coney.
Mrs. Fike was a long-time member of the California Cattlewoman Associations and was a proud member of the Madera County Cowbelles, where she served as Treasurer, Vice-President and President. She was active in the Central Valley Republican Party, State Republican Party and the Republican Women. She travelled extensively and was also active in her church.
Mrs. Fike was preceded in death by her husband Floyd E. Fike and her son Robert James "Jim" Browning.
She is survived by her daughter, Dianna Browning; son, Jonathan Browning; sisters, Lorrain "Anna" Smith and Loretta Faith Hunter; 13 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
