Madera High Beesley graduate passes basic training

Milestones for 8/15/13 edition of the Sierra Star

Alexander R. Beesley graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas.

The eight week training program hosts a range of studies including military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science from Community College of the Air Force.

Beesley graduated in 2012 from Madera High and is the son of Jason Beesely of Coarsegold and Myra Beesley of Madera.
