Man wanted on no bail warrant in Fresno captured in North Fork

Carlos Rivera, 39, of North Fork, who was wanted in Fresno on a felony no bail warrant, was arrested at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, June 27 while illegally riding an Off Highway Vehicle near Roads 200 and 221 in North Fork.

Rivera was arrested and transported to the Madera County Department of Corrections, where he was held on a no bail hold awaiting extradition.
