Sheriff's Log for 6/27/13 edition of the Sierra Star

June 26, 2013 


6:04 p.m. June 12 — Vandalism at a residence off Mohawk Drive.

3:14 a.m. June 9 — The Yosemite Lakes Park Clubhouse was broken into, the windows smashed, and Elizabeth McCaleb, 35, of Coarsegold, was arrested at the scene.

2 p.m. June 12 — Residential burglary off Road 416.


7:14 a.m. June 13 — Unknown suspect(s) cut the security fence of a business and took property from the unsecured areas of the commercial trucks parked at the scene. The suspect forced entry into a locked shed at the scene and took property belonging to the victim's business.

11:48 a.m. June 13 — Unknown suspect)s) entered a residence off Highway 49 while no one was home and took property.

The above calls are a sampling of calls to the Madera County Sheriff's Office for the week of June 9 - 14, and are in no way inclusive. The charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
