Lily Scott died March 2, 2013, at the age of 89.

Mrs. Scott was a resident of Oakhurst for 27 years.

She was born Nov. 11, 1923 and grew up in Waterford, Ontario, Canada.

Mrs. Scott was a homemaker and was very active in the Oakhurst Lutheran Church.

She enjoyed traveling, gardening, knitting, and Bible study.

Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by husband Arnold Scott; brother Frank; and sister Helen.

She is survived by sister Alice; children David Scott and Terry Treber; grandchildren Jennifer, Elizabeth, Kathryn, Matthew and Christopher; and great-grandchildren McKenzie, Brynn, Gavin, Nolan and Silas.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23 at Oakhurst Lutheran Church.
