The Sierra Nevada Adaptive Management Program will hold the second of four workshops from 1-4 p.m.,Thursday, March 14 at Yosemite Gateway Realtors Association, 40298 Junction Drive, Ste. B in Oakhurst.

This workshop we will focus on the values of the following topics: • Carefully identifying desired outcomes • Practicing productive listening skills • The process of narrowing stages of discussion • Clearly identifying the decision making process • Good meeting logistics

The workshop is free and open to anyone interested in learning about and discussing the best practices for collaborative efforts. This is the second of a three part series, but missing the first workshop will not preclude anyone from understanding the topics in the second one.
