Freedom Fest volunteers

Letter to the editor 3/7/13 edition

March 6, 2013

Dear Editor,

The 4th Annual Family Freedom Fest, free to the public and offering great speakers and family oriented activities, will be held on July 4.

The most important aspect of this event is that, it is a day when our community comes together to share in the celebration of our freedoms and the open expression of how we can preserve those freedoms.

We are in the planning stages of this year's event, and we rely on the generous financial support of those that stand with us in this cause.

Please make a contribution, and then take a few minutes to ask friends, family, neighbors and business associates to make a contribution as well.

Numerous volunteers contribute their time and energy to make this event a success. By making a contribution, you can participate in the success of this event without ever leaving your home.

In appreciation for your contribution, we are providing tickets to our April 15 spaghetti feed fundraiser at the Coarsegold Community Center. Spaghetti feed, an enjoyable evening, a spaghetti dinner, a guest speaker and a White Elephant auction.

A donation of $100 will provide you with 10 tickets, a donation of $50 will provide four tickets and a $20 donation will provide one ticket to the spaghetti feed.

Checks made payable to Central Valley Tea Party to Family Freedom Fest, P.O. Box 1588, Oakhurst, Calif. 93644.

Please indicate 'for Freedom Fest'. We will pick up your contribution and deliver your tickets or mail them to you.
