Dear Editor,

On behalf of Reedley College, I would like to recognize the 70 friends and community partners for their contribution to our successful strategic planning session which was held on Feb. 13. Your input will help chart the course of Reedley College, the Oakhurst Center and the Madera Center for the next four years.

Work groups, comprised of faculty, staff, administration and students, began this visioning process as they worked for the past several months to draft a 2013-2017 Strategic Plan. However, it is the participants input on specific goals and objectives in the plan that provides us the guidance we need to plan for the future.

The Strategic Planning Committee will incorporate the feedback from the planning session and prepare a final document. A printed version of the Strategic Plan will be available on our website in May.

I want to thank you for your continued support of our efforts to improve the educational opportunities for our students.
