Megan Elizabeth Carnes and Michael Lawrence Fazzari were married Dec. 15 at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Canyon in the Cayman Islands. The Rev. Desmond W. Whittaker, a minister of Light of the World Ministries, officiated.

Megan, 32, was raised in Oakhurst and graduated from Yosemite High School in 1998. She works in the New York office of Facebook, the social media website headquartered in Palo Alto, developing advertising and marketing campaigns for television and cable networks.

Megan graduated from San Diego State University and is the daughter of Leslie M. Carnes of Oakhurst and Kevin R. Carnes of Oceanside.

Michael is the chief financial officer at Oskie Capital Management, an investment management firm in New York. He graduated from Rutgers and is the son of Linda J. Fazzari and Lawrence Fazzari of Apollo Beach, Fla.
