On the recent "shooting" in downtown Oakhurst last week that was reported in the Sierra Star -- What in the world is going on in our community?

From what one hears via the gossip line, many people know who it was that was involved in this incident, yet there have been no arrests made that I know of. Wow, this amazes me. The two people shooting at each other are known by many to be involved in criminal activity.

These guys need to be watched and caught -- Please before some-one ends up getting killed. I have been up here in our beautiful, peaceful mountains for more than 30 years and it saddens me to see this type of activity taking place in downtown Oakhurst.
