Two men are behind bars after a traffic enforcement stop on Highway 41 at Deadwood just before 11 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27. Jason Paul Howard, 25, of North Fork, and Shane Jacob Casey, 19, of Oakhurst, remain behind bars without bail. Around 10:50 p.m. Sgt. Jacob Tallmon pulled the pair over for erratic driving. The stop resulted in deputies seizing narcotics and a weapon. Both suspects were booked into Madera County Department of Corrections.
