Dear Editor,

I am stunned and shocked. Last week I proudly fixed my Obama sticker to my car. I parked at church and much to my surprise when I returned to my car the sticker was gone. Come on people, have we really come to that? We can't allow anyone to express a different opinion? It may come as a surprise to some that God is neither a Democrat nor Republican -- he is bigger than any little box we may try and fit him into.

I grew up in a household where my dad was a Republican and my mom was a Democrat. We had wonderful discussions around the dinner table. Politics used to be fun.

Lighten up Oakhurst, whoever wins, some of us are going to be unhappy, but this is America and the winning party will try to do what they feel is best for our country. We may not agree, but there is always the next election (groan).
