The public is invited to the Giant Bunco Bash 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14 at the River Creek Golf Course. The cost is $20 and includes the Bunco, snacks, beverage, dessert and prizes.

The event benefits Yosemite High basketball as the boys and girls varsity teams are raising money to travel to the Holiday Basketball Tournament at Disney's World of Sports in Orlando, Fla. later this year.

Bunco is an easy game to learn on the spot and has gained renewed popularity since originating in the 18th Century. The game has been a favorite of women's organizations and the Bunco Bash will be a great opportunity to play and support the Yosemite High basketball program.
