Yosemite National Park will waive its entrance fees Sept. 29 in recognition of National Public Lands Day. The day is the nation's largest volunteer effort to clean and improve public lands. In Yosemite, work began Sept. 25 and will continue through Sept. 30 under the umbrella of Yosemite's massive "Facelift" cleanup, which also includes nightly programs in Yosemite Valley.
