Kayleigh Janell Wood-Gracia was born deceased Sept. 7, 2012.

She is survived by mother Karen Wood and Toby Gracia of Oakhurst.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1 at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 50690 Crane Valley Road (426).

Remembrances may be made to the Kayleigh Janell Memorial Fund at Yosemite Bank, a division of Premier Valley Bank, to help with memorial and cemetery expenses.
