Owen William Burns died Sept. 17, 2012, at the age of 12.

He was a resident of Coarsegold for 12 years.

He was born April 15, 2000 in Reno, Nev.

He is survived by his father Geary Lee Burns, mother Laura Patricia Mellon; brothers Noah Lee Burns and Mason John; grandmother Linda S. Burns of Coarsegold and grandparents Lee and Debbie Hayes of Oakhurst; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Sept. 28 at the North Fork Cemetery.
