Mike Pero and Cassandra Evans were wed July 27 at the Crossings Golf Course in Carlsbad.

Pero is the son of Ahwahnee residents John and Jannai Pero. Mike is active duty U.S. military and will be going on his fourth deployment this September.

The couple resides in San Diego. Cassandra is pursuing her Master's degree.
