Dustin Maddox graduates with honors

Dustin Maddox, a 2007 Yosemite High School graduate, graduated May 5 from Fresno Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in contemporary Christian ministries through the Biblical & Religious Studies Division of the School of Humanities, Religion & Social Sciences.

Maddox was one of only two seniors to receive the Academic Achievement Award Honors. He was selected by university staff and judged on his character and commitment to his studies along with the grades.

He began work at the end of last month as the director of Student Ministries at Twin Cities Church, what has more than 3,000 people, in Grass Valley.

Maddox is the son of Gene and Linda Maddox of North Fork. He is engaged to Robin Allen of Napa, and will be married June 23.
