An 11 a.m. fire Tuesday, probably caused by an electrical short, caused an estimated $200,000 in damages to a home in Yosemite Lakes Park subdivision in Coarsegold. Cal Fire Peace Officer Paul Alvarez said there was no evidence of arson at the scene. The home, located off Glacier Court, is owned by Dale Waun. The home has been on the market and not unoccupied during for the past six months. Damage was contained to the attic and roof of the house, which had minimal water damage. Four Cal Fire engines responded to the fire.
