Jacob Reeve Underwood died July 4 at the age of 25. He grew up in Fresno and Clovis Graduated from Clovis West and was enrolled in college.
He loved his dog "Chief" and his family and friends. He is survived by his father Robin Underwood and step-mother Diane of Oakhurst; mother Donna Hardin and step-father Jim of Clovis; sister Ashley Ratzlaff and husband Patrick of Simi Valley; brothers Matt Hardin of Clovis and John Hardin of Madera; grandparents Tommy and Shug Underwood of Oakhurst, Sibyl Underwood of Fresno and Rose Poliandro of Simi Valley; aunt Diana Sosa and husband Richard of Oakhurst, Donna Masick of Oakhurst, and uncle Michael Underwood and wife Koleen of Madera, aunt Judy Meilke and husband Rick of Batesville, Ariz., and aunt June Cossey and husband Jesse of Eufaula, Okla. A "Celebration of Life" will be at the Peoples Church, GL Johnson Chapel at 7172 N. Cedar in Fresno at Herndon July 11, 2009 at 11 a.m. Visitation Thursday July 9 from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
