Opal Pauline Handy died on June 9, 2009, at the age of 91 in Madera.

She was born in Fowler, Colo., but when she died, her community of residence was North Fork.

A funeral service will be held at noon June 18 at Calvary Chapel in North Fork. She will be buried at the North Fork Cemetery.
