On Memorial Day a small gathering of people formed inside the Little Church on the Hill to remember and commemorate the lives of fallen soldiers. Father Gordon Kamai lead the small service of about 40 people in prayer, scripture readings, President Obama’s Proclamation and patriotic music. The service was followed by a rifle salute by retired marines.
