    Big day for Marlins at Junior Olympic swim meet

    The Yosemite Marlins Swim Club, lead by Head Coach Tammy Kudela, brought home a pile of medals after placing eighth overall out of 27 teams at the July 23-26 Central California Section Swimming Junior Olympic Championship Meet at the Clovis West Olympic Swim complex.

    Minarets will hold its annual sports physicals, 2:30-6 p.m., July 23, at the Minarets multipurpose room 303. No appointments are necessary and the cost is $25. This is open to children of all ages. All athletes must have a physical before they can compete in a school sport.
